Administrative Assistant

Provides services by performing administrative and office support activities and administering excellent customer service skills whether personal interaction or phone calls

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and office support activities
  • Manage multiple priorities and provide excellent customer service
  • Filing, safekeeping of confidential documents
  • Assume receptionist role

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent is an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be organized and able to manage time well
  • Self-motivated and has a vision to succeed in his/her career
  • Can handle pressure and work with minimum supervision
  • Can work independently and with a team
  • Prior experience in a similar job or nature of business is an advantage
