Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the IT industry. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer base while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to develop strategies for growth.
  • Understand the client’s business and technology needs, and recommend solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and manage project plans for client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of solutions on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical staff, to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share insights with clients and colleagues.

Experience and Competency:

  • At least 1 year of sales, or lead generation and development experience, preferably in the information technology industry
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
