Systems Engineer

Administers technical support to clients in an enterprise environment and demonstrates the feasibility of solution


  • Demonstrate feasibility of solution
  • Install and implement products
  • Provide technical support to clients in an enterprise environment
  • Responsible for addressing various technical problems and demonstrate conformance within established Service Level Agreement
  • Assess and provide recommendations to the clients for any upgrade or resolution needed


  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College Degree in the field of  Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication, Mathematics, Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge in hardware technologies, networking, data protection and recovery is an advantage
  • Personnel with 1-4 years experience specializing in IT/Computer are preferred
  • Able to prioritize work efforts and ensure that tasks are completed on schedule
  • Good problem solving capabilities and with proactive attitude
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
