Administers technical support to clients in an enterprise environment and demonstrates the feasibility of solution
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate feasibility of solution
- Install and implement products
- Provide technical support to clients in an enterprise environment
- Responsible for addressing various technical problems and demonstrate conformance within established Service Level Agreement
- Assess and provide recommendations to the clients for any upgrade or resolution needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College Degree in the field of Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication, Mathematics, Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge in hardware technologies, networking, data protection and recovery is an advantage
- Personnel with 1-4 years experience specializing in IT/Computer are preferred
- Able to prioritize work efforts and ensure that tasks are completed on schedule
- Good problem solving capabilities and with proactive attitude
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
